In a survey conducted by Leger in March 2023, Alberta voters identified the cost of living and improving the delivery of health care as their top two priorities. The third and fourth ranked issues were growing the economy and tackling social issues. Other top issues included diversifying the economy, improving the K-12 education system, controlling government spending, climate change, unemployment, the provincial debt, and building or renovating hospitals.
